1. User Responsibility for Uploaded Data

By uploading a CSV file, images, player photos, or any other data to StatLine, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights and permissions to share this content
• You have obtained appropriate consent from players, parents, or guardians for any personal information or photos you upload
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the team or organization whose data you are uploading

2. Limited Scope of Use

StatLine provides a platform to present team and player statistics for informational and performance tracking purposes only. The service is intended for:

• Internal team communication and record-keeping
• Sharing performance data with team members, families, and interested parties
• Providing informational content that may be viewed by recruiters, scouts, or other interested parties

You may not use this site to sell, license, or commercialize any data or content. The platform is not intended for commercial exploitation of player data.

3. Content License

You retain ownership of all content you upload to StatLine. However, by uploading content, you grant StatLine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your team.

This license terminates when you delete your content or cancel your account.

4. No Affiliation or Endorsement

StatLine.team is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

• GameChanger or any other sports statistics platform
• Any sports league, organization, or governing body
• Any team whose data may be displayed on the platform

We provide a service to organize and present data that users already have the right to export and share.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StatLine.team does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any uploaded content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in user-provided data
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform
• Any harm or damages arising from the use of the service
• Service interruptions or data loss

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatLine and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatLine.team and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any claim that your content infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StatLine to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
